DELIVERY TIME

 

SABORES EXTREMADAMENTE BUENOS guarantees the delivery of your order within a maximum period of 1 working day at the requested address within the national territory (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands), as long as we have the item in stock.

For international and national deliveries in Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the delivery time will vary between 3 and 10 working days depending on destination. These deadlines will be counted from the moment in which our administration department has bank confirmation of the payment of the order. At all times we will keep you informed of the status of your order by email.

Important: shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping.

 

The items "ON REQUEST", must be expressly ordered for the customer, so the delivery time in these cases could be extended for a maximum of 90 days.

 

The articles in the "ON SALE" section are new products whose prices are discounted but which have the same guarantees as the rest of the products available in stock.

If you do not receive the order within the agreed period, please contact us so that we can resolve any possible incident in the shortest possible time.

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

All our products have been rigorously reviewed before shipment and have a legal guarantee against manufacturing defects for the maximum period established by law.

The warranty of our products covers manufacturing defects, excluding abuse, improper use or normal wear of them.

In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will be admitted, being in this case SABORES EXTREMADAMENTE BUENOS who will be responsible for the shipping costs, provided that the Client communicates this circumstance within 24 hours from the date of receipt Of the order. For this we recommend that you examine the merchandise as soon as you receive it, and if you appreciate any defect, breakage or crushing on the packaging, write it down on the delivery note that you must sign to the employee of the courier company. In this way we can claim if there has been any negligence during transport and any possible claim on your part will be expedited. The products returned for these reasons may be exchanged for others or the refund of the amount paid may be requested, which would be carried out using the same means used by the Customer when making the purchase.

If when you receive your order you change your mind and want to return it, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to execute the right of return. Shipping and collection costs in this case will be borne by the Customer. To be able to make said return effective, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise has been collected in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used when making the purchase.
